“I tried many places for appointment but it was short notice. I am from out of state and had to leave the next day. They got me in and helped me. Very friendly and efficient. And to top it off the price was very fair. I highly recommend this garage.”
“Dropped what they were doing to fix our trailer and get us back on the road again. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable, honest mechanics. We can't recommend them enough!”
“I can’t say Enough about all the employees at Pratts, They go above and beyond to help the customers. Have you won as always, very friendly and helpful!! Very good at getting back to you, which nowadays is a huge Plus.”
“I called for an appointment and they took me the same day. Then I read these reviews and I got a little nervous. So I felt obliged to write a review because I had a really good experience. Aaron was the only name I got, but they took me early and they were able to make my TPS light go away. And an oil change for a pretty good price.”

“On January 12th, VIP ( Calais)worked us in to get an oil change. They also replaced a nut & bolt that had gotten damaged from not being tightened up at last oil change (done elsewhere). They were very helpful and professional. We also appreciated them having a comfortable place to wait - including water, coffee, and a bathroom. Thank you Calais VIP! We are very satisfied with your service, which was very reasonably priced, as well.
