When I was in an accident Lyons Towing took about 2 hours to arrive, once they did the tow truck operator was very nice but rather uninformative. He neglected to mention any pricing information when asked for an estimate. During the following week I was told different things regarding my car when I called. When I finally got ahold of a someone they were rude and tried to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. In doing so they made the process take an additional week at $50 a day. I suspect but cannot prove that this was with the intention of holding my car so that i would be forced to sign the title over to them or have to pay an even greater amount of money. Lastly, when it came to trying to pay the ridiculous bill my paycheck was locked in my car and I was told that I couldn't get it even though that was my only means of paying the bill. In my opinion, this company has poor customer service and little concern for their customers. I would never recommend Lyons Towing to anyone.
