“Caiden arrived promptly at my house to check my furnace and look at my radiators. He was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He offered a few thoughtful options on how to update my radiators so that they would work better. I’ve never met a service technician who was more enthusiastic about a heating system!
The office manager was able to schedule the parts supplier to be at my house with Caiden so that the exact parts could be priced and ordered. This was great! I think it will save time.
By the end of the visit all of my questions had been answered. I’m very pleased to know that fixing my radiators might be easier and less costly than I had originally thought. As this job has only just begun I will have to leave another review once it’s complete. So far, so good.”
