“I left my laptop at my friend's house nearby and drove home without it. I realized it and asked her to ship it home to me and she came here.
1. It was packaged PERFECTLY. In bubble wrap, then secured to a piece of board, put in a box that was cut to fit it just right. Another foam board and some more bubble wrap thrown in for good measure. It didn't move inside the box and was in perfect order when it arrived.
2. She wanted to overnight it, but based on the address, ground shipping was way cheaper and would arrive at the same time - Wednesday afternoon. This was on Monday and the FedEx driver had already come that day for the pickup.
3. Not sure if this was GPS or not, but it arrived Wednesday morning at my house (in rural Vermont).
She said the man who helped her was really great and of course the price was right (only $38). Thanks so much!”

And tho' I appreciate the building's 'Beaux-Arts' exterior, my favorite bit is the entrance and lobby (public area) with their old school surfaces of quarter-sawn white oak and age-burnished brass hardware.”
