“I was traveling on I-95 with my plow when In noticed something spraying on my windshield. I pulled off at the Clinton exit and confirmed that my plow was leaking fluid. I remembered that Bug-N-Joes was just down the road. I stopped in and spoke with the gentleman there ( I did not even get his name) and he came right out and saw a bad hose on the plow. He took the time to shorten the chain so the plow could not bleed down and got me back on the road. Truly good people and I highly recommend them.”

“I tried to get my oil change at Walmart in Waterville. Terrible experience, they said they couldn't get the filter off. Waste of time going down and back. I then went to Powers and they scheduled an oil change. I told them the filter was stuck (and crushed) by Walmart. They smiled and said no problem. Ivan or Eian (sp) was the machanic. Simple! Oil and filter changed. They have done major fluid changes on my other trucks...will go to them first next time. Thank you Mr Mechanic Even, Iven or whatever your name is (sorry, can spell!!!). Shame on me for not using local business first especially when they offer better service.”

“Excellent customer service and in these times where customer care seems to be a thing of the past , I was VERY HAPPY ! Had a slow leak in a tire with concerns of something grinding ...no appointment and still, they took me right in and repaired the leak without a charge ! They did however alert me that my breaks needed to be replaced but hey.... it happens .
