“Returning back to Waterloo Ontario Canada we had a wheel bearing start to make a noise around Bar Harbour. Got to Randy’s Auto Repair in Skowhegan the next morning and Mike squeezed us in the same day and replaced the bearing preventing additional damage and eliminating our stress. “5 Plus Stars. Exceptional Customer Service. Quality work. Goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. I needed two pieces of glass to go on the white wicker bureaus that my Mom bought me when I was 6 years old, that had been recently restored but missing the original glass. Good old fashioned Customer Service is hard to find these days but I found it at American Glass. Extremely satisfied.”

“Came here for a tire replacement, the man on was very personable, helped me find the correct tire when I wasn't sure of the size I needed, walked out in the rain to help me and though the tire was not in stock he ordered it to be there first thing in the morning and now my tire that was popped by a different repair shop won't be a problem. Grade A experience, will always recommend”

He said he knew exactly why that happened, he apologized for the error and got me right in within a few weeks. He had it for about 36 hours and when I picked it up it looked amazing and was cleaned up at no cost to me! Thank you for always getting me in and honoring your word and repairs! Top notch service!”

“Marshall's has honored my warranty. I had my automobile worked on and parts were replaced. I paid extra for the warranty and I was glad I did. Eight months later, the same issue occurred. They had it fixed and back to me within a month. Nobody likes to do warranty work but they did not complain. Thank you so much.”

“Gave them a call today and they told me that there was no one there and if I wanted to come in: now would be a great time. I was quoted for $106 for mounting and changing my tires over to snow tires. Luckily, I had purchased the lifetime balance and rotation with the brand new all seasons I bought at the beginning of this year. So they then quoted me at $56. In less than 45 minutes: they had my snow tires put on, rotated, and balanced and the total for all of it came to be only $44! That's fantastic! Also the people who work here are very nice. If you're looking for people who want to help everyone here, especially at the skowhegan Walmart: this is the place to go. I was highly impressed. Also the woman who helped me with all of this, Monica, has a wonderful personality and was very helpful.Services: Tires”
