Horrible customer service won't respond to inquiries and removed last review even though I am a customer. They have changed my lock without notice even though I am paid up and refuse to allow family access to remove what is stored.

The lady is extremely rude over the phone to my family for no reason we're very nice people and she has a bad attitude. Is not helpful at all.
