I think extra space is the best you have your own privacy nobody to empty in your Business extra space is the best I've been using extra space since 2020 and I love it I will always be a member of extra space I love it my things are so secure and the workers there they are so warm and nice I can tell you I met with Jeff he's the one that do my paperwork and I can tell you he is for the people

Hi,
My name is Cory and I have a storage unit at the Cape Neddick location in Maine. My interaction with Jeff has been nothing but professional and friendly.
Jeff was very knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns and seems to be an overall nice guy. I hope if I ever any further questions in the near future, that I will always get Jeff whether it be on the phone or in person as he has a great personality and easy to talk to as well.

The facility and staff are great. The business model however is a scam. They get you in with the good old fashioned bait and switch. In my case, the storage locker was advertised at $140 a month. Then within a few months I received a post card in the mail...$40 increase. A few months later another post card, another $40. A few months later another post card...this time a whopping $100 increase.

From the first call on the road - in an anxious situation - evverything was handled well. Jeff who is the facility manager was friendly knowledgable and provided simply the best customer service for a smooth signup. A good company is judged by it's employees and Jeff makes this company shine! I will not hesitate to recommend Extra Space Storage from my experience
