“Cole is the main reason we chose this facility. He is the epitome of customer service. When we were making our choice, he was patient. On the day of our move, we realized we needed a smaller unit and he found one for us. We’ve been customers for almost a year now and he’s always friendly and welcoming. The building is safe, it’s always clean and easy to get to our unit via elevator or stairs. Also like knowing we can store art there, due to humidity control. Highly recommend!”
