“I cannot say enough great things about Storage Star in Cape Neddick, Maine, especially the manager, Jeff Currier! From start to finish, Jeff went above and beyond to make the entire experience as easy, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible. It is not every day that you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes so much pride in their work, but Jeff is definitely one of those people. What really stands out about Jeff is his professionalism, kindness, patience, and willingness to help with absolutely anything. He makes you feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated from the moment you walk through the door. Instead of treating you like just another customer, he takes the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel completely comfortable and confident with your storage needs. His positive attitude and friendly personality make a huge difference. Jeff is the type of manager that every business should be lucky enough to have. He is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, organized, and dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. You can tell that he truly cares about the facility, the customers, and the reputation of Storage Star. He doesn’t just do the bare minimum or rush through conversations. He makes sure every customer receives the attention and assistance they deserve. One of the most impressive things about Jeff is how approachable and understanding he is. No matter what questions or concerns someone may have, he handles everything with patience and professionalism. His ability to make people feel comfortable and valued says a lot about his character and leadership. Great customer service can be hard to find nowadays, but Jeff sets an incredibly high standard. Having a manager like Jeff makes Storage Star stand out from other storage facilities. His dedication, work ethic, and genuine care for people are exactly what make customers want to return and recommend a business to others. He represents the company in the best possible way, and I truly hope Storage Star recognizes how fortunate they are to have someone like him managing their Cape Neddick location. If you are looking for a storage facility in the Cape Neddick area, I would highly recommend Storage Star, especially because of Jeff Currier. He is an outstanding manager and an even better person who deserves recognition for the effort he puts into his job every single day. Thank you, Jeff, for setting such an incredible example of what excellent customer service should look like. Your hard work, dedication, and positive attitude do not go unnoticed. Storage Star deserves five stars, but Jeff Currier deserves ten! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great storage experience!”

“I've used space at Kittery Storage solutions a couple of times over the years. It is convenient, as I can come and go anyrime. The rate is fair, and I know my artwork is in a safe, clean, climate controlled space that I don't need to worry about. Winter or summer, it has been a load off my mind to store with KSS when there wasn't enough room at home. The staff are always helpful and responsive too.”

“The kindest people work here. Always have a good experience here even if I’m just dropping off a pre-labeled package. They provide great advice and service when shipping large or oddly-shaped objects and will be real with you if it doesn’t seem worth it for you price-wise or in terms of fragility. Very grateful!”
