Well went over and there was not anyone to help me that understood about snow blowers lawn mowers that's what happens when you get rid of the men that know about stuff like this the two women there No Clue

Jennifer the store manager has been excellent however her boss the direct manager will not call me to discuss the washer I just purchased the end of June. He literally is hiding behind the store manager he will not call me or let her give me his phone number. Very poor customer service on his behalf!
