They were nice, but my road was always getting messed up because of no fault of theirs, it had changed names. Given that issue I would say they did very well, and were always very nice in person.

The staff are ridiculously friendly, helpful, and seem to genuinely enjoy making your day a little brighter.
But Cole? He's the POSTAL SERVICE EQUIVALENT OF A DOUBLE RAINBOW! His smile is so bright, it'll guide you through even the darkest of days. I'm pretty sure he's secretly Buddy the Elf's long-lost cousin - that's the only explanation for his unwavering enthusiasm!

Think before you write: So I have just moved from next door (Naples) and have lived in a lot of rural places throughout Maine. I wasn't getting my mail + everything showed that it was being held at the carrier's location. I was initially very irritated because like a lot of folks. I work Monday through Friday and have no time to go to the Post office and was waiting on important packages, however, I have learned that in this town you have to fill out a special form at the post office in order to get your mail so that they know it's going to the correct person. I feel slightly ashamed that I was so irritated initially, but after speaking to the very kind people at this post office, they were incredibly helpful and informative and I feel that that deserves a five-star.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. The carrier is lazy and never delivers my packages. I get a notification every time I have a package that they’re holding it. When I approached them with the issue and asked why they never deliver them to my door, the carrier shrugged his shoulders and said “I dunno.” This post office is a disgrace to the town of Casco.

Worst customer service ever at the office in Casco! My package was marked as delivered by the USPS courier, but not delivered due to "couldn't access". I live on a paved road where a gravel pit operates and has all day today. My 2 pieces of mail were delivered, but not my package. The woman on the phone was rude and had an attitude. They need to fire everyone in this location and hire new people. These type of things have been happening for over 2 years now.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a young female clerk at the post office, and I wanted to express my gratitude for her outstanding assistance. She helped me set up a mail forward and acquire a PO Box, making my transition to this town seamless. Her welcoming demeanor and efficiency left a positive impression, and I genuinely hope more individuals in the community embody her helpful spirit. I believe her name might begin with an M. Kudos to her and the post office team for making my move a positive experience.

Been trying to get my mail forwarded to Florida since Sept. 24. Young girl I spoke with today was extremely rude and hung the phone up on me. The young girl read off the incorrect forwarding address to me twice. My husband was sitting right next to me and heard her, twice! She claimed she was right and hung up the phone, rude! We have never had an issue with any Casco Post Master in 20 yrs. Love Lucy, she is always friendly and helpful. At the very least, this young girl needs a lesson in customer service.

The new girl is a complete tool. Doesn't know her job and her attitude is beyond rude. She tosses out attitude like most people do kindness. Don't like when people say you're rude? DON'T BE RUDE.

Attitude filled staff and unknowable when asked a simple mailing question. Go to the other post office in casco if you need to hit the post. Not worth the time or trouble. I’d give 0 stars if possible ??♀️

I live on Higgins Hill in Casco and we all on this street always have problems with our mail and we just get told they are short staffed that all good as everywhere is short staffed but if you are sapose to have mail delivered by an exact date then it should be there no questions especially if it is a government checkGet it together Casco poor service lately and not even sorry for it ??

They say they attempted to deliver mail, but never actually attempt. Unreliable - always have to track down mail or go to get it. It’s frustrating as my work hours do not correlate with theirs - so it’s difficult to get your mail. Sometimes I’ve gone and they don’t know where it is. I
