Yes, he can be a little hard to get ahold of, but he's well worth it and it isn't because he doesn't care. He's a one-man operation & he's always working on an overload of cases. He does excellent work at a fair price, and he went above and beyond a typical mechanic in handling our situation. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”

If their company policy was explained to me the way that the owner in his response to me when I called on the phone I would have never left a negative review. I feel a retraction of that review is warranted. I truly am sorry.
