Customer service was excellent and fantastic service when I showed up, first time ever getting a storage unit and Johnathan helped me and my fiance both out with the whole process, if it wasn’t for him I would’ve been lost but awesome service and would recommend other people to come

Had a fantastic experience renting the storage unit. I started it online and John reached out via phone to find out if I had any questions about the size and to ask what I would be storing so he could make sure I had the correct size for what I needed. Because of that call, I ended up going into the office to finish setting everything up and he answered all my questions, explained the difference in what would fit and also went over the promos for the different size units so I could make an informed choice. Once all was signed and done, he drove me down to my unit and made sure to show me the best way to close the sliding lock so no one can open it without the key. I've rented many storage units previously, but this is the best customer service I have received.

Steve was so helpful, went over all the pricing and made sure we got the best unit for our needs. He showed us a few choices and once we made our decision he is going to get the unit all cleaned and ready for us.

Steve is absolutely incredible and truly excellent at his job! From the moment we walked in, he was warm, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything thoroughly and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and confident with our storage rental.
What stood out the most was his genuinely kind demeanor — he’s not just professional, he’s personable, and honestly, the kind of guy you’d want to be friends with. The manager Steve was very helpful and extremely personable! We noticed my unit’s door was shutting hard, Steve jumped right on it made the repair and even reinforced it.
