Bug Bustrzzz's was very responsive when we contacted them about a mouse problem in our warehouse. They gave us a date and time for installing the equipment. The technician arrived on time. He installed the equipment in an efficient and professional manner.

Bug Bustrzzz's has done an excellent job controlling the bugs that were invading our building. Since they started taking care of our property we have not had any reinfestation in our building and would highly recommend them.

I hate writing negative reviews, but I am hoping this gets the attention of someone to have a phone call returned.We had a scheduled appointment to have our rodent traps checked and re-baited on 8/24. Bug Busterzzz did not show up and we called to follow up on when we can reschedule. We get it, stuff happens. The aggravating part to all of this is that they never reached out to us to reschedule and I have called 6 times since then, leaving multiple voicemails, have emailed them, and have reached out through their "Contact Us" form on their website. Still no response. We are seeking other companies now to help us as Bug Busterzzz has failed to do so.

We had a bad brown tail moth/caterpillar infestation. Matt gave me and my 2 neighbors a quote. He was able to inject trees close to the lake and spray further back on the property. I was surprised to see many dead caterpillars under the injected trees within 4 days. We are ecstatic with the outcome. We went from an infestation to hardly any caterpillars.Service: Bug & insect extermination

This is a great company with very good customer service. The technician came out and inspected the mouse traps and added bait and put down substance for ant control. I wish I could write a more positive review. We have been with this company for quite awhile now and nothing is accomplished. When you call during business hours no one answers, when the house is sprayed, there is not a decrease in pesky bugs. I think we will have to go elsewhere. The man that came to my home to get rid of our spider problem was wonderful!! He wasn’t exactly on time but he did call me to let me know he was running late on a job scheduled before mine which is understandable!!
