The clerk was very nice and helped me carry my package out to my car, they are slightly under staffed and are hiring.

I've been there twice to pick up my mail and both times the doors locked. The neighbors are getting tired of me getting upset. I want my mail. I've been there twice and both times door locked. Leave that door open during business hours. Stop locking it.
