I was told for 3 days that my prescription would be in the next day and 3 trips later they told me that again. At this point I’m uncomfortable from not having my medication. This seems very cruel and wrong. If your business cannot provide for their customers- your business should ensure their customers will be taken care of immediately even if this requires sending the prescription to another pharmacy. I’m extremely disappointed and will never return to this pharmacy. I truly was hoping to be able to support the smaller of two businesses but due to the lack of care this wasn’t a possibility. Here I come Walgreens!
