The Cornish Inn is a charming, quaint, and cozy bed and breakfast offering an authentic Maine experience. The old building has been restored with much to admire, including wide plank wood floors and vintage furnishings. The rooms are wonderful, charming, comfortable, and decorated wonderfully, with no trace of modern motel blandness. Staying on the top floor is recommended for a deluxe, big room and to avoid some noise from the restaurant below. The staff is delightful, friendly, helpful, capable, and went above and beyond. A wonderful bonus is Lindsey’s Restaurant, housed in the same building on the ground floor. It offers excellent food and service, with a wonderful breakfast menu. Guests loved sitting on the big, beautiful porch for meals, decorated with gorgeous flowers and festive for Christmas. The inn is in the center of Cornish, a great place to shop for antiques, with fun shops, cafes, and other restaurants within walking distance. Do not miss a visit to the public library directly across the street. It is a lovely setting and a highly recommended stay.
I really love this place. So quaint and cozy. It has a big beautiful porch and everything was decorated So festive for Christmas. As an added bonus they have a restaurant inside the bed and breakfast called Lindsay's. Excellent food and service.

The attached restaurant at excellent breakfast we ate there twice and enjoyed both times. Reasonably large servings.
