The Cornish Inn is a charming, quaint, and cozy bed and breakfast offering an authentic Maine experience. The old building has been restored with much to admire, including wide plank wood floors and vintage furnishings. The rooms are wonderful, charming, comfortable, and decorated wonderfully, with no trace of modern motel blandness. Staying on the top floor is recommended for a deluxe, big room and to avoid some noise from the restaurant below. The staff is delightful, friendly, helpful, capable, and went above and beyond.
A wonderful bonus is Lindsey’s Restaurant, housed in the same building on the ground floor. It offers excellent food and service, with a wonderful breakfast menu. Guests loved sitting on the big, beautiful porch for meals, decorated with gorgeous flowers and festive for Christmas. The inn is in the center of Cornish, a great place to shop for antiques, with fun shops, cafes, and other restaurants within walking distance. Do not miss a visit to the public library directly across the street. It is a lovely setting and a highly recommended stay.
Had a great stay at this historic Inn. The Inn Keeper was very helpful and provided everything we needed. The room ( No Heat) had extra blankets and the morning coffee was very much appreciated. The Restaurant on the 1st floor was special and the food was fantastic!! We’ll be back in 2 years.

Beautiful place, great location. If you like nature, great restaurants, antiquing and access to many other great placed, Cornish is it.
