“I had two packages that the FedEx app showed had arrived at this facility, but it was really unclear whether or not they were ready for pickup. FedEx’s phone line was of absolutely no help, but the person working the desk here took my tracking numbers and went back to look for the packages himself. It took a few minutes, but he found them. I’m guessing he didn’t HAVE to do that, and that someone else would have just told me to go home and wait for a text, but… he went the extra mile and I really appreciate it. Thank you!”

“This is a wonderful post office – Pam, who runs the office is efficient, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We receive hundreds of packages each year and they are either put in our mail box if small or left inside our barn if too large – but never out in the rain (as sometimes happens with other delivery services). I am sorry that others have not had good experiences; I am hoping that was during the time that Pam was out on sick leave.”
“Robert in the print and copy area saved my bacon today. I emailed docs (incorrectly, it turns out) to the on-demand printing service. He took care of the problem and got me out the door quickly. I needed them for a public event and I don't know what I would've done without them. He's knowledgeable and patient when dealing with clients. Kudos to Robert!”

“I love having a mailbox at this particular UPS store. The one in Windham is questionable and any post office is literal chaos. The guys (and girl) here are always pleasant, professional and helpful. I don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews, and I felt I should leave a good one, because this is a convenient place with a great team.If you pack your own boxes, the cost to ship big/heavy things is cheaper than USPS, and small packages are similar in cost to USPS priority mail. I like that I can email them documents from my phone and they print it off- it’s like $3 for 3 pages. I’ve faxed and scanned things here- they’re also a notary and have all kinds of other services. It’s like a gas station- you pay a small “convenience fee” for not having to go to the real store (ie the post office). Plus they’re really nice.”

“The current postmaster (9/17) is one of the kindest, most helpful postpeople I have ever encountered. Every time I am there, he is helping someone way beyond the call of duty. He is patient, pleasant and non-judgmental. He has a positive attitude and maintains a calm and even disposition. I think he is a true mensch, a humanitarian and it is a pleasure to use this branch post office. I always smile when it's time to leave.”
