“Dr. Copp, Dr. Farrell and the whole staff have been wonderful! This past year our pets have experienced some acute and life ending medical conditions. When we had to put our beloved golden down due to cancer, the staff was very empathetic and supportive! I am always very impressed when I get follow up calls to check in on how the dogs are doing after being seen for whatever issues. I highly recommend this veterinary practice! I believe they truly care about their patients and we aren't just another random customer.”

“The Falmouth Veterinary Hospital is welcoming. The staff caring and very professional. My girl had surgery and the staff were thorough in discussion of procedure and care. Two indicated what a lovely sweet dog she is...and they are of course correct!.”

“I have been taking my fur babies to Stoneledge for a few years now and this is by far the best veterinary hospital I have ever taken my pets to. From the doctors, to the vet techs, to the staff at the front desk, everyone at this facility will treat your pet as their own family. They are brimming with compassion and respect and will go above and beyond to make sure both you and your animals feel safe and comfortable.

Dr. Bailey has taken care of a few of my animals from the beginning of their lives to the very end of their journey and has made sure they were cared for with love, dignity, and compassion right until the end. I couldn’t ask for a better vet or facility to help me with all of my veterinary needs.”

“There's not a better place to bring your pet. Every person on the staff truly cares about each animal that comes through their door and you can feel it. The Dr. Is an incredible human being. I'm so grateful to Westbrook Animal Hospital. They don't just try to make money (actually really decently priced) and REALLY care!”

“It was very nice to see different animals. The only downfall is I wish they had strollers or wagons to rent. My son was absent exhausting from walking. Other than that it was fun”

“My anxious, sweet MaineCoon is much more comfortable going to a "cats only" vet. They are the best in our experience of 18 rescue cats and one purebred. Easy to make appointments and consistently competent and friendly staff.”

“Dr. Smith removed a large bladder stone from my bunny and saved her life. The compassion, care and follow up were amazing and we are clients for life now. I'm so grateful and thankful we found Dr. Smith and his team.”

“The entire staff is friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Karen and Anne who helped me through caring for our 13 year old dog with cancer. They were very caring and made sure that our final wishes for Hunter were met.”

“As previously said on provider email service rating request, where I rated them 7/10 after only my 2nd appointment with this veterinarian: I am cautious with stars/number rating since I've not been impressed by another brick-mortar provider as a new pet parent of 2 fur ball loves. This practice is a good 30 minutes drive away and this factor alone can be most stressful to the "kids" and pet cat mom, especially when both serenaded me loudly the entire ride there! Anyway, the visit succeeded better than I had expected - my girls behaved beautifully, all got done with no fur flying, escapes, or anything else untoward happening. I have suggested that some serious thought be given ti installing an automatic door opening option, cause MY ACHING BACK would certainly appreciate that - next month both kids will be going back - only 1 for a booster jab- and I'm labeling my 1 wheeled carrier with the heavier (14 lb. 1 year old) cat's name and the lighter (9lb) 3 year old) one will go in the Sherpa carrier. I may elect to purchase a 2nd wheeled carrier for next year. Anyway. I was kept informed of the health status if both as Dr. GREY gave both the once over. Both she and her Tech, as well as the other staff, were very caring & gentle with my 2 fully clawed lasses. Hopefully over time they won't feel so anxious about riding to their appointments with mom. I am currently awaiting a response to an email I sent to inquire about feline dental care. We shall see what happens with that.”

“This is the BEST veterinary clinic I've ever had the privilege of having. Once my dog realized that she was actually loved by the doctors and staff she was not anxious. First time in visiting many clinics. Every doctor is top notch here. They are not only the best professionally they actually care about the animals. AND they are reasonably priced. I know when I'm being gouged and they never tried to get me to purchase something that wasn't in my pets best interest. Eventually I had to sadly bring my geriatric dog for her last visit about a month ago. They were so loving and amazing and made a very difficult time as smooth as possible for myself and my precious dog who never suffered and was peaceful till the end. I can't thank them enough. I will drive 45 minutes to this clinic past many others, because I want the BEST when I get my new dog.”

“Vets are nice, caring, and want the best for your pet. 25%off if you are on Medicare/Disability. Easy to get to. Adoption services, as well as a low cost clinic. Donations are accepted with great thanks. They do great follow up. A little hard to get in as they are very busy. A great choice for lower priced, quality pet care. Aftercare services are also available. Would love to see lots of donations toward up graded equipment, and training for staff so they can continue up to date care . Clean place, with very helpful staff.”
