The owners are super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and hardworking, providing great service without being pushy. The shop is nice and clean, welcoming to everyone. Customers praise the phenomenal taste, fair prices, and very good online communication and fast shipping. Absolutely amazing business the owner Penn Is very helpful and has a great selection of glassware and all smoking accessories. He also owns an exotic provision store right next-door. That is an absolutely must see.
