I am from out-of-state, The people I visit in Damariscotta shop here all the time. I stop in from time to time when I am in town and shop here as well. Great prices, great selection, friendly staff. I love the hometown feel, when I walk in. I miss the private owned grocery stores like I used to go to growing up in my hometown. It is a welcome pleasure to shop here every time I am in town. 👍🏻👍🏻😁

They have good deals on fresh portion of vegetables good for single people to cook. The deil has good deals. The meat is very affordable and fresh. Would recommend you check it out for savings.

For an extremely small store in a small town with 2 other options, it doesn’t surprise me it’s so slow, the service is AWFUL!! The lady manager is horrible! And some guy that rung me up acted like he was doing me a favor?!? I’ve tried it 3 times since it was yellowfront, but won’t again! I don’t mind spending a little more for a local store, but the service is AWFUL! Signed a local that will spread the word. Good luck

Nice store, generally more affordable than hannafords.However every time I get ice cream here, you can tell it had almost melted at one point and was refrozen, I mean.. it's still ice cream, but it's never as good when it's been refrozen and this makes the stoned hungry person inside of me sad.
