“Had some really nice lobsters. They cook ‘em and you bring ‘em hone to eat there. So you might think ‘eh, how hard is it to cook a lobstah anyway?’ It is actually not quite so easy. They have to be cooked in the right water (sea water) and they have to be cooked for the right amount of time. These met both of those criteria.”
