Mosquito population is fierce. In July. Glad I didn't come unprepared in May. I bet black flies in May would take a pound of flesh in payment for the kind park rangers and the beautiful view.

I know it sounds dramatic but after a long drive and it's a beautiful day to chill with campfire and a beer.
