“We got a flat tire on the back roads of ME and, luckily, we were only a few miles away from VIP Tires in Mexico. It was lunchtime and they were very busy but they were able to look at our SUV within an hour. Our tire couldn't be patched and they couldn't get a replacement until the next day. They put the spare tire on for us and provided us a tire quote and recommendations on where to go in the area we were headed. All the staff were super friendly and they didn't charge us for putting on the spare. We were very happy with the service we received!”
“Well, first appointment here didn't happen as they were too busy that morning and I couldn't go back d/t other arrangements, not on them. Second appointment here went great. Excellent service, positive vibes, you get told what to expect and what will work and what won't. Pretty much you don't get your crank yanked around. Family oriented and has the cutest little garage manager keeping his grandpa in check. Definitely tells you that family is important and I felt confident knowing that someone understands my exact concerns while doing any work on my vehicle. I had Gilman's order a hitch for my SUV. It was priced $20 over my estimate. So not bad at all. I would definitely go back if I needed an done on my vehicle. Guess my mechanic better watch out ?.”

“Took my car here after a Michelin told me I would need over 400$ in repairs done in order to get an inspection sticker. I showed them my Michelin receipt and was told that one of the problems was nonexistent, the other something that might need work but not immediately. They gave me the sticker, but told me if I was worried, I could come back in and they would take a closer look. Very professional and honest experience.”
