Jake was absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have been kinder! Fixed our flat tire quickly on a Sunday morning and did an incredible job so we could drive 5 hours home. Would absolutely recommend!!

Numerous calls and 2 emails with no return...might as well not even have a phone. Guess they don’t need to sell anything...would leave zero stars if I could! Horrible customer service at its finest!

Spent the last two days and today trying very politely to get through to the sales team, leaving messages that I would like to purchase a tractor and was wondering what they have in stock for L series Kubota tractors. They haven't returned my calls, so on the third day I mention that I have been trying to get through the two prior days with no return call, and I'm just going to have to go to another dealership further away from where I live if they can't return my calls, something I wanted to avoid. They say "Ok then" as if it's a relief to them to not have to return a call. I'm not sure how they operate a business treating potential customers like this, but if sales is any indicator of how you'll be treated once you've purchased, then I'd run from this place so fast!

I agree with all one-star reviews: poor attitude, no return of phone calls, no return of emails, no response, embarrassingly difficult and uncaring - do not need any customers because must already have plenty. I have never seen anything like it. The 5-star postings must be under pseudonyms of the family members.

Family owned business with amazing customer service they will deliver your tractor and pick it up for service they also have a mobile mechanic that will go to your site to fix your machine.

As others have said this place never seems to have someone working, every time you call they offered to have someone call you right back and they never do. Multiple calls to either sales service or parts unless you get lucky to get the person right away they will never call you back and they seem to be never available. It’s really frustrating that in Western Maine this is the only Kabota dealer, and they know it. I really wish they would put an effort to take care of their customers. It seems like they just don’t care because they know they’re the only one. If I had the money to invest in a new Kabota dealer in western Maine I would do that to drive these idiots out of business

We made the drive over from Industry ready to spend 30K. We literally stood in the lot looking at sub compacts and compacts (of which there were very few) for 35-40 minutes. Employees walked in and out several times and didn't so much as glance at us. Just astounding! We wanted to walk away then but need a tractor so we went inside. That didn't change a thing! People just rolled on past us without so much as a nod! We stood right in front of the owners office who saw us several times and said nothing! The lady at the counter spent 20 minutes easy chatting with a customer about family stuff that was inquiring about a part! NOT BUYING A PART, ASKING ABOUT A PART! No "we'll be right with you" or "can we help you with anything" just nothing! Zero! We finally grabbed a few brochures and walked TF OUT!!! Man things have changed in Maine since I was a kid. Every mom and pop shop used to be eager for your business! Now they just look at the clock, counting the minutes and seconds til 5!! Either someone is making entirely to much money to care, or they're just flat out lazy! The later would be my guess!Sadly our advice is to make the drive to one of the bigger dealers. They, without question, treat their customers waaaaaay better, and are on their games! RS Osgood could care less if come to them, use a bigger dealer, or hell, buy a Deere!! Never again!
