“Correctly diagnosed and fixed an absolute pain in my booty misfire. The coil pack they got was faulty out of the package, so when I went to get it, the same issue still persisted. Brought it back right then, they double checked it, and ALSO fixed something else, FOR FREE (exhaust leak). It was correct and fixed the next morning, at no additional cost to me. Their diagnosis was dead on, the part was just faulty out of the package, and they still made it right and did another job they didn't have to do. Best mechanic experience I've ever had, and this is coming from someone who almost never trusts mechanics, and does most of their own work if I have the tools. I will happily use them for everything in the future. I'm also umm, flamboyant, and was not discriminated against in any conceivable way. These guys are really good people and do really good work”
