I love this neighborhood salon. The owner and women who work there are all so nice and talented at what they do. Being new to the area I felt very welcomed into their homey family friendly full-service salon.

I was not impressed about the layering cut that was supposed to take the heaviness out of my thick hair. For $28 plus $7 tip it wasn't what I expected. Won't return.Service: Haircut

So my family member lives in the area, I checked out this small salon on Facebook. They were close to my family’s home so I contact them via messenger to have a bridle shower. The first time I spoke with these people they.. did not tell me they only had two people available and not many services at the Initial call.I had not heard from them for almost a year. Then reached out to make sure we had the time available. I could not make the date as I had to wait for a covid test before leaving state for this wedding. I called them a couple days prior to let them know I would not make the first day but would be there for the next days. I did ask them to use my credit card for the bride and the two children with the bride. Both myself and the owner spoke the day before and she Acknowledged to charge for those 3. So I get a charge for $100 which okay three ppl that is a little high for gel polish.Then I see a charge for $58 for what I don’t know. I go to the same place for myself on the wedding day . And I was looking to get an up do fifty style. Nails done gel. And make up. Wanted my eyebrows done en which they didn’t do.My total was said to be $115. So for the work they did I tipped $60 for their kindness.Not happy once I walked outside my hair fell . My nails look like a 12 year old did them. I had to have someone else fix my hair again before the wedding. The bride had to get her nails fixed the day of the wedding from them breaking./ chipping.Again I feel they took advantage of the use of my credit card and me not being there. I NEVER Authorize for them to charge my card for anyone else’s services. I believe they had charged me for the maid of honor. I NEVER mentioned paying for anyone else!Bottom line the $333. They charged me is definitely getting a review from me. I do not recommend this place unless you are looking for a few basic things to get done, or just looking for a place to have a good conversation.this is a picture of the curl / in the front fell walking to my car!Services: Make-up services
