“I Brought 2 chainsaws into the store the day of Hurricane Lee Sept 2023. I asked for 2 new chains for these saws and asked if they had time to sharpen the old ones at some point. The counter guys asked if I wanted the Saws dressed and proceeded to install the new chains on the saws, right there on the counter. Incredible customer service at a time where customer service seems to be an option at some businesses. The owners of this business also donated very generously to the Machias High-school softball dugout project.Support this great business, they support and are there for us.”
