This office was 40 minutes from where I work and was the closest place that accepted walk-ins through MyChart. I took a chance at going to an unfamiliar place and I’m so happy I did! The hours they are open are ideal, and they have an option to set up appointment times or walk in. I got called into the room right away and did not have to wait past my appointment time. Every member of the hospital staff was exceptional and caring - starting with the receptionist. My nurse and the nurse practitioner I had took the time to ask questions and made sure I was comfortable while I was there and that I understood my after care instructions thoroughly. They were empathetic and personable which I appreciated! Although I was able to get in and out of there very quickly they did not make me feel like I was just another patient they were rushing out of the door and took the time necessary for me to have a positive outcome. I would highly recommend this Walk-In facility!

Was very pleased with how they were with my daughter. They showed compassion and actually listened to what she had to say. I’m extremely pleased and I left feeling good, not feeling like it was a wasted trip.

Outstanding experience with all staff here! I brought in our newborn and was seen very promptly. Both the nurse and doctor were friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable and kind. They took care of my daughter and set my mind at ease. It feels great to know I have somewhere nearby that I can trust if something else happens.

Haven't experienced this kind of care and service in a long time; from the moment I walked in to the time I left. The doctor I saw even apologized that I had to wait. Interacted with four different people in the office and each one of them was friendly, attentive and actually empathic that I wasn't feeling well. And it was the end of what I'm sure was a very long day for them!! Thank you!

This place deserves zero stars. I was rudely turned away with an ear infection 35 minutes before closing. Is this practice not aware of the Emtala law and that what they did was illegal?

My pediatrician was out sick so I took my five year old here. The nurse practitioner Mark was so wonderful with my daughter, he made her laugh and quickly diagnosed and prescribed exactly what she needed. It’s nice to know I have this resource when needed. Thank you!
