“This morning there is a young woman with brown hair that is working in the mail room and she has no idea how helpful and customer service orientated she was for me. I have to come to presque isle every year for the past 7 and minus the long wait when I need to have something shipped, I have always had a very customer friendly, efficient expirence. The staff I have had to work with at this post office are prime examples, along with the mail carriers that deliver mail on lower academy street are efficient, friendly and work extremely hard and should be examples of what employees are. Thank you to the woman this morning who helped me in the door at the lobby. I was up all night almost worried about something and she was extremely helpful and did not need to be .”
