I called, the gentleman told me to stop in and they would help me with my two weed whackers. I was completely blown away with the customer service that I received from Hugh. Beyond anything that I have experienced this year! He was so kind, patient, and explained to me how to take care of the problem myself incase it happened again. I will refer others to ESER and will be a returning customer! With Gratitude - Malley Farm for Women - Executive Director - Mone' Cassier

Very helpful and friendly staff, I’m not the most mechanically inclined but whenever I buy a leaf blower or chainsaw they walk me through everything operationally and answer all my questions

Have had all my servicing for my snow blower an my Zero Clearance mower for many years done by Eliot small Engine Repair, an don't plan on changing anything.........As with any highly reputable service business, schedule your annual servicing before the rush, so your ready when you it. "Just saying"In April I had this done on the mower as usual, after pickup an servicing , they delivered the machine back within 10 days. Only problem was there was issues I never had before servicing. One call, an the next day they picked it up an tried to work out the issues. Delivered the machine back within a couple of days, after driving it around, I found there was little control of the throttle, Called again, an the mechanic that did the work came that same day, an took it back again. After running it for awhile, they found the throttle cable was warn within the casing. After ordering the part, it came back running better than it ever had.The point is, even though we were all frustrated, they were so professional and determined to find the problem, an not just push it off......That's why I had to-write this review. You don't find this that often, an when you do it stands out. It's when it doesn't go the way you wanted, and you know they just were more determined to get it right, then anything else. Both the Manager an the mechanic made it right.THANK YOU GENTLEMEN.........Greatly appreciated.....

My husband dropped off his tractor about 2 months ago for some bearings and an oil change. After a few weeks his tractors turn was up, they start working on it.It’s now been a few more weeks. When asking about the tractor he’s been told “the end of the week”…. every week…. 3 weeks in a row…Fridays have been coming and going with zero communication and zero tractors in our yard. And that’s the gist of it.

I stopped by this service center to ask about repairs on my generator, I told the guys at the desk the problem I was having with the generator. From talking with them it didn't look like they wanted to work on it. Anyway they told me to bring it in. I told him it's a long drive to get the truck to bring it to them. I did anyway. When I showed up I was told there was no one to service my generator. I told the guy that I would wait. After waiting a service technician came out, look at the generator walk back inside said the was going to get tools. 5 minutes later the guy at the desk came out to tell me the technician was not comfortable working on my generator then he had some other guy came out tell me that there was no spark to the spark plugs I should take it somewhere else there was no explanation I think they didn't want to work on my generator. It could be my race that's my conclusion knowing that they work on all types of small engine
