Got two broken x box with non working controllers took months to get anything done about it then I finally get a new one everything from there location is broken or damaged in some way I will never do services with them again I will just by new products e lsewhere stay away from ellsworth arrons and bangor

could not get one foot in the store with out the manager that seems like he's on meth coming right to me while I just wanted to look at what they had for laptops. made me feel beyond uncomfortabl. they probably could have made a sale but I'm sorry most people don't like to have some wide eyed guy breathing on your neck while looking and trying to make a discussion about what you might want to get. as a costumer if I have a question I will come ask for assistance. they way this guy approached and would not leave me alone is going to make any customer want to just leave.

So far my son has been screwed out of almost 200.00 because an Xbox( that went through their inspection) overheated while doing a download and he lost everything for that game he had purchased and thankfully I have an honest child because the previous owners credit card information and profile was still on the machine. My Samsung wash machine that is being paid on has counter weights that are about to break and the repair tech says he doesn't know how long it will take to get the parts could be a day could be weeks. So now I'm out money to take my clothes to a laundry mat. Aaron's doesn't want to come good for any of this. And when I just said I no longer want the washer or dryer that isn't even paid off they have refused to take it back. I will never give them my business again

I bought a couch from Aarons and I love it despite my issues when it was delivered. I was told that was handled when i called in and i believe it. Now as far as communication goes with this Ellsworth Location I am not too impressed. Here it is a holiday weekend, banks are closed from Early Thursday afternoon until monday morning and my payment is due today. Not late until the 10th or 14th or something. I have Aarons calling my work number repetitively on a SATURDAY & on a holiday weekend when theres nothing i can do about it. Most places don't call and harass you about payment until its close to being LATE. I am not too impressed by how they go about things, and usually when i talk to someone they have a slight snarky attitude. Just an FYI don't reply and ask me to call you, I will pay my bill when the banks open monday and i can deposit money.

The delivery drivers were prompt and.knew what they were doing. They came on time and prepared to install a beautiful washer and dryer set. That they tested to make sure worked properly before they left. I’m paying what I think to be a nominal price too. Retail just under 1000k each and my total leasing cost will be right around 2500. That’s pretty damn good all things considered. 1.they financed me 2. They delivered AND installed. 3. The hoses and plug they brought with them to install the washer with saved me a lot of up front cost, hell I don’t know they might not have even charged me for them!
