“This bank has great staff. The team is helpful and responsive, and they are efficient with a wide variety of tools and transactions.
My only complaint is the Bangor Savings phone line that always is “experiencing higher than normal call volume.” Since they have been saying this for more than a year, it basically means they have intentionally under-staffed this phone line for the normal amount of calls they receive. Expect to wait.”
