“Comfort Inn Ellsworth was a convenient location to Acadia park, Bar Harbor and surrounding towns, restaurants, etc. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying there. If we ever come back to Maine we would definitely stay there again.”

“If you're going in the winter like we did and want to swim clarify that you would like to be in the main hotel and not in the annex. We weren't prepared to walk across from the annex to the main hotel to swim so it's pretty darn cold walking across the lot to go back to our room while soaking wet. The front desk workers were amazing but if you're going to check in after 10:30 or 11:00pm there is no one there to check you in or give keys.”

“Definitely used to be a retirement home or something along those lines. The breakfast was decent (really good muffins). The gym sucked as the treadmills did not work and could never get them to work. The A/C was so so and the shower pressure was decent. The laundry was $2 for wash and $2 for dryer with $1.25 for laundry detergent. Right next to a grocery store.”

“We had fabulous stay at the Hampton Inn Ellsworth, Maine. It's a great location as it's right in the middle between the airport in Bangor and Acadia in Bar Harbor.
The hotel was wonderful! The nicest people at the front desk.. a great breakfast.. comfortable room with strong and quiet AC. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It was truly a perfect stay.”
