Drop my paperwork 2 weeks before due date to file taxes without an extension. Called today and said they are not done and are filling an extension. They guaranteed they will have it done on time now they done even care. Called in advance to pick up my s paperwork to file somewhere else and they had me waiting to get my paperwork. Definitely not coming back. How they are professionals and don’t do anything with my past tax files I have with them.
