“The service team of Hutch, Chris, and Elijah responded promptly to a problem we had with the initial install of our GE Profile washer/dryer combo due to a faulty drain pan. They did a great job of re-installing the unit with a new drain pan in a tight area. Afterwards Hutch gave a detailed "tutorial" on the machine with suggestions for efficient use and maintenance. All the work was done without extra charge to us. Overall from the sale of the two-in-one by Jay to the install we are very pleased with Brown's customer service.”
