“I bought a wonderful sofa/bed several years ago but this year I was sliding it out of the way and one of the legs snapped off. I'm sure it was past any warranty period but the Richard Parks team added a visit onto a trip they were making to deliver furniture in my neck of the woods. The repair was not simple but they accomplished it and I wasn't charged anything! The first 2 photos are of the leg that snapped and my temporary solution. The second two show the sofa after the repair.”
