“Pretty consistently good. Sometimes useful items rotate out of stock which is annoying, but they will special order certain things for you on request. Have several buyer programs and good deals weekly. have stuff for fish, dogs, cats, rodents, birds, etc. Unlike the other pet store in Ellsworth, they didn't sell me pregnant animals.Owner/manager is pretty nice too, came in without the receipt with expired product (that I got from them, it only happened once in over a year of patronage) and they exchanged it for store credit without a fuss. Definitely the pet store to go to in Ellsworth, in my opinion.”

“There isn’t a man in Maine without an outdoor “project” to be done. And no matter what that project is, somehow this store will have what you need.(Even if it’s just a decent pair of boots, and a new axe for firewood)”
“Once u get past the smell of the pet store it's great. They do need someone who is more informative when it comes to their reptiles the bedding the size of enclosures and the moisture of the enclosure are important. Their bird bella is my kids favorite part of the trip to the pet shop. Give them a try.”
