“My van popped a coolant hose leak a short distance from Randy's shop on a Friday eve after everything was closed, so I pulled in there hoping for a quick assessment soon as they opened. Randy diagnosed and repaired it quickly and efficiently first thing Monday morning, didn't over-charge me, sent me off with extra coolant just in case, and was very gracious about my having camped in his lot over the weekend.
