“I've rented from U-Haul multiple times before and this was hands-down the best experience I've ever had! Jenny R was nothing short of wonderful. Her customer service was above and beyond every other U-Haul employee I've ever worked with. On top of that, I thought I was going to be stranded because of some hitch issues, but she stayed after hours and helped me through all of it!
