“The staff was helpful. The entire experience was great. The trailer was great and rode very well the entire trip. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend U-Haul trailers and Miles Motorsports again. Also, when I returned the trailer to U-Haul Store 66 in Lake Worth, Florida, everything went well and took place quickly. I am very pleased and happy with the experience overall.”
“Had 3 u-boxes shipped here from Florida. Peter & everyone I spoke with was overly communicative and helpful throughout the process. They scheduled the drop off for the day I closed on my house .. it was perfect.”
“Quick, competent, professional, hands-on service by Pete, the business's owner. I've rented a trailer from the Surry General Store each Sept. since 2015. They've always been clean, operable and most importantly, available (having been reserved). There's a reason I bypass several U-Haul operations closer to my home -- Customer Service !!”

“Everything went smoothly with our U-Haul reservation. The owner worked with us to ensure that our truck was ready when we needed it and there were no issues at all. Thank you!”
