It’s been months battling these guys to just do their job. I have a registered mail box and yet they seem to never take my mail. Yes I have the flag up, I have called and left complaints several times. I even kindly talked to the manger about my mail not being taken for up to a week and I had to deliver to the post office myself.

Never had any issue with the people inside, they’ve always been pretty nice. Delivery on the other hand… several packages have been delivered to the wrong address, vinyl records folded in half and stuffed in the mailbox instead of being delivered to my house, many packages damaged…

When did the post office become so horrible? Oh yeah, when Trump's guy deliberately messed it all up. I've been waiting on medication for a month now and I am suffering, I seriously think this might kill me. My meds were lost twice and I'm getting desperate so I had them sent by priority mail and guess what? They're not here again, and forget paying for that insurance, they will find a way to not pay no matter how much you get. I give the new and improved P.O. a giant F

Only the government could make something as routine as a package delivery so complicated. Had 2 items (important) sent back to sender because I put my sisters mailing address on it and not the post office’s physical address? Whoever thought this system up is a genius. This town is not that big to not know where the package is going!they can’t atleast put a notice in the box and let you come get it before returning to sender?!!?

Consistently late even when upgrading to faster shipping. Take it to Brewer or Bangor. It's worth the gas.

This Post Office has been outstanding in all ways. The staff is helpful and professional. This PO is levels above our home PO in South Carolina, where forwarded mail consistently gets misplaced and mishandled. Ellsworth PO has never given us any concern and always does a great job.

Cory was of fantastic help to me in getting my passport renewed and replaced. He mailed the completed application on June 4 and the new passport was mailed back to me on June 29.

Worst service ever. Would rate them nothing if I could. Simply wanted mail held a couple days so I could get a check in and pay for a p.o. box as I'm homeless but got an absolutely rude service woman who refused to hold my mail and let's it go wherever...
