You got one job. Fill the script. We all have families to get home to. If you not going to do your one job, shut the window.If you are incapable of filling the scrip you should go kick for Dallas. They are hiring.

My medications suffered water damage while I was out of town here in Maine and the pharmacy worked diligently with numerous stubborn parties in order to fulfill my requests. The amount of effort they were forced to go through for a seemingly simple request was frankly upsetting, however, they were fantastic throughout the entire process. It's deeply appreciated!

When they tell you 15 minutes give them at least 45 to an hour.

They really should advertise closing at 5:30 in stead of 6:00. We found they would not fill a prescription at 5:45.

We were on vacation from Illinois and my husband got a kidney stone. After a visit to the local emergency room we were referred to Walmart to fill his 3 prescriptions. One was a narcotic so we could not just drive through. Since we were from out of state and our usual pharmacy is not Walmart they had to get all of our insurance information, insurance card, etc. and enter it in their system. The woman on the other end at the drive through was so very patient with us and explained everything in great detail. Reminded us that the narcotic had to be picked up in person inside. Once inside and prescriptions were filled, the pharmacist took us aside and explained all 3 meds in detail including side effects. Took a great deal of time with us even though they were busy. We were certainly very impressed with the service we received. Hats off to you Walmart pharmacy - excellent customer service from a very satisfied customer from Illinois!

Lousy customer care. I go through drive thru one month and pick up my prescriptions. The next month through the drive thru, I am lectured on how I have to walk in for the same prescription. Then when I go in, there is no prescription, even though I called in for a refill and was told they would contact my physician. They never called my physician. I would have called my physician myself. Just poor customer care.This is a problem of all Walmarts
