Great service! We wreaked a tire on a pothole/crater and It wasn’t safe to drive on. Ryan changed it to the donut and had another for us the next day. Reasonable price and didn’t try to insist on two as they were pretty new, had that happen before elsewhere.

Tom and Lori were incredibly responsive and helpful after our rental car ended up with a bubble on a tire sidewall. Budget offered lousy options (and NOTE that rental cars do NOT include a spare OR donut anymore) - we could have it towed to Bangor or replace the tire with the exact same tire (very hard to find a Bridgestone 225/55R-19 in northern Maine). So...we had Tire Rack FED EX [and kudos to them for being on time!] to T&L, Lori accepted the delivery late on a Tuesday, Tom put it on the rim/replaced on the car early Wednesday, enabling us to get back to the Portland Airport in plenty of time for our flight. $20. I had a u-joint go bad in the front axle of a heavy duty truck at the worst possible time, Tom was able to locate a replacement part and install it the next day at a very reasonable price and his estimate was spot on . I usually do my own work but these guys are the best I've dealt with and will be using their service in the future. I highly recommend them.
