“The salesman at Fortins was helpful and prices were reasonable. What impressed me the most was the installer who came out to the house and took out the old appliance and put in the new. He was top notch and professional. He was the best installer that I have come in contact with in 50 years.!!

“I didn’t want to deal with big box store delivery services, so I bought a new washing machine sight unseen, over the phone from Drapeau. My experience was refreshingly excellent. He was a deep well of knowledge and very interesting. I knew instantly I could trust this store. It was surreal like stepping back in time to when people with stores actually know something about the products they are selling. It was the most calm and right feeling purchase I have made in a long time.
Also, he delivered same day. Instillation was not needed. The people I bought it for asked that he leave it in the driveway. He did even better than that and left it on side of house by the side door, in a location where it couldn’t be seen from the road.
We all agreed that owner of this store is a rose among dandelions and deserving of immense respect. I am so glad I chose his store going off of what I read here in these reviews.

“Looking for a small amount of silver colored paint and the only thing available was a quart of metallic silver. It's only a small project, I guess I'll have to go to Michael's. Why is it that you can't buy a solid core door as a slab unless you order it and want to pay $500? You can buy solid core doors if you want the frame and everything for $250, but the only door you can buy off the shelf is a hollow core door if you want just the slab. Very stupid! Disappointed!!! Why don't they carry such a thing?”
