These people don’t care what so ever. After I moved out due to MOLD on my couches and bed caused by there lack of structure ( the inside is all wood and had molded due to rain) told me to file a claim as I had purchased insurance only to deny stating it wasn’t there fault. I will never rent from them again. You’re better to save your money and go down the road.

We needed the storage space for short term while we moved from one location to another. It was very easy to arrange and very easy to use. One concern I would share with you is that the access road going into your location is so very rough. Everything you’re taking in there gets shaken up. Luckily we did not store any breakable items.

This facility doesn't maintain access to their entry, roads or units during snow/ice storms and not coated until 3 days after the storm. They stated they have one plow truck for all their facilities in Maine.
Its advertised as 24/7 access, however you will either have to plow yourself all the way into your unit from the road and shovel to clear the front of your unit. My husband had to plow multiple times this winter for me. If you don't need access during the winter you're fine. They increased the rent for everyone during the winter even though they had many complaints. They would ask for pictures but supposedly have cameras installed. They refused to have the owner contact meor give me their contact information. The units are clean and nice but maintenance is an issue.
