Michelle the pharmacist was fantastic. She helped transfer all of my prescriptions over to Walgreens. She is so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Any questions I've had She has answered and gone above and beyond!

I find it crazy the pharmacy is closing early when it's only opened five days here . I feel you and Waterville should be a connected system so if one is closed the other can help you get your prescription? What if it was heart medication?????

UPDATE: Sometime after I wrote this review, Walgreen's began requiring a $10 minimum order for curbside pick-up items.Excellent, fast service. I can't comment on the level of service from the pharmacy (given past reviews posted), as I haven't used that service. Hopefully, that has improved since. I'm glad they began offering curbside pick up during the pandemic without a minimum order. Unlike some other retailers, you can specify your vehicle's make and model directly in the app to have your order delivered to your trunk. If you choose to go inside for curbside, you'll need to show the clerk at the photo counter or register your photo ID. And don't forget to "check in" on your way there and when you arrive. :)

We have used this pharmacy for years . The pharmacist are always knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful if we have questions . I really like the notification when prescriptions are ready and the automatic refill . Highly recommend this pharmacy . The cashiers are always pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and well organized .

This is pretty much your typical Rite Aid. It has a pharmacy, and over the counter medicine, as well as groceries, medical supplies, hygiene, toiletries, the works. They also sell alcohol and tobacco products. I believe they also supply flu shots as do most Rite Pharmacies. They also have a spacious parking lot with handicap accessible parking space near the door with handicap accessible entrances. I've never had any issues at this location as they provide excellent customer service.

The store itself is great, but calling on the other hand is a nightmare the automated service is terrible. The people when you finally get to them are very professional

They are the shittyest pharmacy around. They are so ignorant. The pharmacist is rude and hates that people can't wait all weekend to pick up there medicine. I am switching and will NEVER go back. So rude when you call because you are waiting for your medicine and maine care is closed on the weekend so you need to make sure its done be for 5pm on a Friday and they tell you to not call again. And wait to fill when they finally get the PA and you ask them they say no they didn't even though they did and they make you wait even when it was ready. IGNORANT!
