DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order October 28,2024. They were on back order so I decided to cancel. They said they would refund me but it will take awhile because they’re “backed up on orders.” It is December 12, 2024 and Yeahh I have yet to get a refund.

Unfortunately I have to make this post. I own several of thier holsters that I ordered back in 2016-2018? Very satisfied and still use them to this day. They worked with me when SW came out with the 2.0 and I use the old Inforce APLc light. They made it happen.
But I ordered a new Adaptive holster for the TLR7 light, awhile ago... took my credit card and got the email reply.... and crickets. Have called, emailed, messages on FB and nothing. AT LEAST TAKE YOUR WEBSITE DOWN SO PEOPLE CANT CONTINUE TO BUY THINGS YOU NO LONGER MAKE/SHIP.
YOU GOT MY MONEY, I'll survive. But if your out of business, take your mess down!

This company is a complete joke and a scam – the owner is a thief a crook and a liar. I ordered and paid for product in February that I still have not received. All emails, text messages, voicemails, any attempt to contact goes unrecognized and unreturned. DO NOT do business with this company, they will steal your money.

Placed an order with them and never received the merchandise. I emailed them after almost 2 months and never received any reply. Had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Don't order from them!

I ordered 2 Goat Gun holsters, and due to package getting lost in shipping. RPS called me don't remember his name but he made it more than just worth my while, delivered it personally to USPS and I received it. Customer service is exceptional. Will recommend to all and everybody.

Ordered mag holder 3-16-24, emailed 3-26-24 and 4-2-24 to get status on order/shipping/tracking info since the only communication with them was my order receipt when I purchased. No response from the company!! I will be putting a stop payment on my credit card. Don’t buy from this company!!!

Product was ok, very roughly put together and not trimmed. Shipping and communication were absolutely atrocious. I ordered my belt back in April 2023, they created a shipping label first of June 2023. I went through the Contact Us and sent a message. No response. Messaged on Facebook twice. No response. I sent an email afterwards. No response. I gave them ample time to respond to the messages. I finally filed a complaint through PayPal and the next day the shipping updated to sent. I still have not had any communication from them. Awful company to do business with. I wanted to give my money to a Maine business but highly do not recommend them.

Locally owned gun shop and holster maker very friendly service can pretty much make any holster that you want very reasonable pricing and if something loosens up he's local no sending your stuff away to be fixed and taking weeks to get it back maybe just an hour or two. Also makes keychains, belts, plate carriers.

I've gotten a few different holsters custom made at RPS Tactical. The owner was incredibley accommodating and was willing to make any of my requests a possibility! There's many styles, designs, and comfort options to pick from and all can be customized as needed/wanted. Will continue to be a long time customer!

Every RPS Tactical product I own has stood up well to regular use. They are friendly and easy to work with. RPS Tactical does custom work, for example graphics on kydex holsters and holsters that accommodate tactical lights. I highly recommend their kydex adaptive holsters. These can be worn on the belt and in the waistband and can be custom made for virtually any pistol or revolver. No need to purchase several holsters for one gun, their adaptive holster does it all. RPS Tactical stands behind the quality and workmanship of their products. I highly recommend them, especially if you are looking for the type of customer service and product customization that only a smaller manufacturer can provide. Larger manufacturers often can not be bothered with custom requests. RPS Tactical products are not mass produced, they are made individually in Maine with pride.
