Asked for specific cut, shoulder length. Looked up and they cut off about 4 inches. Cut way above shoulder. They seemed rushed and didn't listen. Glad hair can grow back but paying $60 for what was supposed to be a simple trim. Very disappointing.

Karli at Acapello Falmouth is worth the world to me! She was my son’s first haircut and has helped my indecisive self time and time again. There are always laughs. If you give her an idea, she will take it to the next level. You will never leave there not totally impressed by her skills. I can’t wait for my next appointment.
She has been a godsend since we moved to the area three years ago. Her vibes are one of my favorite of anyone I’ve ever met. In short, Karli is 5 stars. Book the appointment — you won’t be disappointed

I walked in with over three months of growth, outgrown half head of highlights, and a wild request: to be as platinum bright blonde as possible. Karley didn’t even flinch. I haven’t felt this pretty in years!!! In two hours she took my outgrown sadness and created this gorgeous cool toned BRIGHT blonde. Genius!! She is fun and listens, and works with you.
